Letter to parents and carers of children attending Bears House Nursery of which Agnieszka was an employee.
‘Dear parents/carers, It is with great sadness that we have to inform you of the death of Agnes, a much loved member of staff. She suffered a fall at home, and received fatal head injuries on Saturday 5th March.
We would like to plant a small tree, or shrubs, in the front garden for us all to remember her by. Agnes was a great lover of flowers and if you would like to donate to her memory, please see a member of staff. With fond memories of Agnieszka Zielonka, known to us as Agnes.
